Cancel / Expire a Membership

In order to override a contract expiry date:

1.First go into the Member Module and pull up the relevant contract via Members>Contracts>View Customer Contracts;

2.Click on Override Expiry button outlined in red below:

3.In the Override Expiry Date window, fill in the relevant details that apply ensuring to enter the new expiry date in the Override Expiry Date section outlined in red below. You must also choose the Reason from the drop down menu and put details in the Comment section:

4.Click on Ok to save your edit and close this window;

5.You will be back in the Membership Contracts window where you will see the new expiry date (in the area outlined in red below).Click Ok one more time in the last window and your changes are now saved:
