Enable the ability to send emails directly from Links
To Enable email from your machine (This only needs to be done once per machine)
Open the Admin module and select Setup PC > Setup for PCTick the box that says Can Email (It looks a bit more like a cross than a tick)
Press

Now Links will be able to send emails, to do this you must ensure that Outlook is open as Links will place the email in your outbox and send via your email account.
Sending an Email from Links
The below screen can be accessed via the Messages menu in each module, it can also be used when running a report to send a bulk email to those customers contained within the report by selecting the Messages button.
